PhD and master's in Social Relations Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo; post-doctorate at the University of Salamanca, USAL; coordinator of the Undergraduate Law Program at FADISP; professor of the undergraduate and stricto sensu postgraduate programs at the Autonomous Faculty of Law, FADISP; general coordinator of the Law courses at the ALFA EDUCAÇÃO-UNIALFA/FADISP School of Law; professor advising the doctorate at the Universidad de Salamanca, under a co-tutorship and double degree FADISP-USAL; is a scholarship holder of the National Foundation for the Development of Private Higher Education, Brasilia, DF, Brazil; was a member of the Superior Council for Legal and Legislative Affairs of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo, FIESP (2021-2022). He was an advisor to the Postgraduate Dean's Office at PUC-SP, appointed by Rector's Act No. 168/2009 (2009-2012). He was a member of the Higher Council of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel at the Ministry of Education (2008-2010).
